The training depot spans a huge 350 square metres and is split into 3 spaces.

The front room, centre stage and a private studio. Both main spaces can accomodate 4 PT sessions (up to 3 clients each) simultaneously. While the private studio can accomodate one PT session (with up to 3 clients) at a time.

  • Via a door on our back Training Depot wall is the Private Studio. A multi-use space that can be used for various training including pilates, boxing or anything you’d train for in the other spaces. Equipment includes:

A unique Story that started back in 2016.

A trained dancer with more than three decades of experience, Kate decided to fulfil her dreams and run her own business. As a result of this she is the proud owner and director of her training company Studio Technic which has now been running for 7 years. What started out as a fully operating studio which comprised of group classes, mums & bubs sessions, corporate & personal training soon took a remarkable shift throughout Covid-19.

A year before the pandemic Kate had higher hopes and embarked on a journey with a new business partner, once a client and now a friend. 

A venture that took them to a brand new studio, which they built from scratch, three times the size with greater opportunity to grow an already established and unique business. 

After the first year in the new premises unfortunately Covid-19 struck and changed the face of the industry as they knew it. Businesses were closed, on line training emerged and they had to find new methods, inspiration and motivation to keep the business going.

With a mixtures of online and outdoor training for the rest of that year, it was clear that to survive the business had to shift direction and move with flexibility, change and the times. Throughout the tough year it was the Personal Training sector of the business that won through, something that couldn’t be ignored. They decided that with uncertain times ahead the focus should reside with this style of training and all other aspects of the business was to come to an end. Through this, the idea of the new venture took shape and it turned out to be the smartest move they would make. Never standing still the business changed direction over night and The Training Depot was Born.
